The hotel is located on the shores of a wonderful bay with a promenade for walking, next to a beautiful palm park. The hotel service is at a high level, the staff is friendly, all issues were resolved quickly. I want to thank the administrator: Ahmed Nouh, reception: Ms Jamaica&Mr. Fairoos. The hotel owners started helping me a full month before my trip even began, and their support continued throughout my entire journey — in ways you could imagine and even beyond. They picked us up from the airport and brought us to the hotel, and although we arrived well before check-in time, they welcomed us as if it were a regular day of stay.
The room was fully equipped, even with more than we needed — just don’t forget to bring your slippers 😊. The view and location were great, and the price was very reasonable. The only minor discomfort was the sound of the outdoor AC fans. With the window closed, it wasn’t too disturbing, and perhaps it’s common in warm-climate countries like this.
The couple who run the hotel are incredibly warm and friendly. Chatting with them was a real pleasure. I truly hope they achieve great success in this business — good people deserve good things. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
