Staff also very helpfull ; on the reception Ms. Sisha she is very quick for check-in process. From concierge Mr. Billy and Mr. Icaz also helpfull and they have good communucaiton.

We had a wonderful experience at the Waldorf Astoria Dubai International Financial Centre. This hotel is a first-class hotel. It was beyond our expectations, especially the client-oriented attitude of all the personnel. It's nice being treated as a VIP :-) Our room was super clean every day and we also had a special present on the occasion of my son's birthday and Easter. We also enjoyed chilling in the swimming pool which provides a beautiful view from the 18th floor !! Not to mention the excellent breakfast which made the experience even more pleasant. The location was also very convenient as it is rather close to the Dubai mall. Highly recommended hotel for your stay in Dubai!

Great decor, very different from the usual. i enjoyed exploring the different space. The breakfast had expansive selection with a great view of the museum of the future.
