whilst everything was excellent, I wanted to praise the staff especially!
I had an unfortunate situation with my baby falling sick a day before the booking.
However, the staff members on call were very understanding and after I submitted a doctors note, we were allowed to move our booking back by 2 weeks at no extra charge.
Therefore, when it was finally time for us to visit, the whole family was in good health and we really enjoyed our stay. The Atlantis water park and the breakfast options also deserve 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

This was the best hotel of our lives! We celebrated the 18th birthday of our Sohn. We had everything and received a gift into the room! The staff was grateful, helpful, and very, very friendly! It is possible to say only one thing about the hotel, the beach, breakfast, and everything - overall!

We stayed one night at this property and it was on my 40th birthday. Our Butler was amazing, he surprised me with a delicious cake and baloons during lunch at Ruya restaurant, located at St Regis (yummy food in this restaurant by the way). Following that I also got second surprise from Ruya restaurant and third surprise at the Spa sections. Thank you guys! We had a remarkable experience. Also to note, Kyma beach was fantastic and Sushi Samba at the top of the hotel was hilarious with the views!!!

Hotel is wonderful with the Indian hospitality, rooms were huge (because of my kid we choose a suit), everywhere is so clean. Food is amazing. If you like Indian cuisine hotel is a heaven.
