From the moment we arrived at the Kempisnki Hotel in palm jumeirah all the staff were very kind and tried to help us in every little detail you can imagine, without asking. Everybody is with a big real smile ready to assist us and make our experience in the hotel and Dubai generally as good as it gets. We were travelling with our 3.5 year old son and everybody at the hotel make him feel like his home, and then we realised it was the absolute family destination hotel. We had an ocean view two bedroom apartment which was huge, very clean and very comfortable. The breakfast is 10/10 with extra free choices with delicious eggs in any forms you desire. The ladies in red were asking you everyday how is the accommodation going so far, and if there was anything more they could do to make it better. A true paradise just 18 kms outside the noisy and busy Dubai. You realise that when you walk in the beautiful gardens of the hotel and spend time at the huge pool and the wonderful private beach they have.The absolute destination for family vacation!! We would definitely coming back in the near future!
