Everything is good. Only two issues. One is the breakfast, there is not so many choices for China person. Second is there is no charge list given when we checked out. We always book the hotels via booking, and when we checked out, the hotels always give the charge list. But for Taj Jumeirah Lakes Towers, there is no any charge list given. We really don’t understand.

Smaller apartment with nice design elements. Location is good in terms of parking and metro (Shoba and DMCC). Walking distance to Marina Beach. Lots of good supermarkets around. Great value is the small park, running lines and outdoor gym. Costa and Starbucks nearby. Next building has good females beauty parlor, recommended. Also copy center nearby for printing, business cards etc. Host is fast responsive, no worries that no one answers or you will be alone with your problems. I recommend this apartment, especially, if you travel with children/teenagers. You can cook your own, everything functions in the kitchen. Or just go out and enjoy more than 20 restaurants around the house.

Excellent place to stay. First, with regards to the location it was very convenient for us to get from the airport and to move around the city and visit the main attractions. Paul's place is around 5-10min by foot from the metro line. Dubai Marina is on the other side, if you like to walk it will take you around 20 min., for us it was very convenient. With regards to the apartment itself, we were a group of 3 people and we had enough room to sleep comfortably and place our belongings. We also prepared our own breakfast and had the appliances we needed. Everything was clean and perfect for us. There are also supermarkets nearby. Above all, Paul went beyond our expectations. He is a wonderful host and took the time to give us all the instructions and made sure we were comfortable and had all we needed there. 100% recommended.

I recently stayed in this beautiful property of Schahin in Jumeirah Lake Towers. The apartment was recently renovated and offered an amazing panoramic view. Its location near the metro station and Almas tower made it very convenient. The apartment's interior design was sleek and modern, with attention to detail evident in every corner. The panoramic view lake view and from the floor-to-ceiling windows was absolutely breathtaking. Being close to the metro station made it easy to explore Dubai's attractions. The apartment had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, including a well-equipped kitchen, high speed internet, netflix, and even a desk and an extra monitor which was really helpful as I wanted to work from home. Schahin provided excellent service throughout my stay, ensuring a seamless experience. Overall, this holiday home was a luxurious and convenient choice in Dubai. Highly recommended.
