Not my first time in Aloft. Ceetainly not the last one. My previous stays were all very pleasant, but this time even better than before. Super comfy, super clean, thanks the cleaning team and Nazir for taking care of our room cleaning. Same goes for all the hotel staff in the reception. I have stayed in many hotels in my life, but I have never, ever felt as welcomed, received such outstanding service, or had such an incredible experience as I did at Majestic Cove. From the moment I checked in, the staff was phenomenal! Extremely friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. They welcomed me with a refreshing drink upon arrival and made sure I had everything I needed. Every time I left or returned to the hotel, no matter if it was early morning or late at night, the staff would rush to open the entrance doors for me. They also assisted with taxi doors, ensuring a seamless experience whether arriving or departing. The rooms were exceptionally spacious, spotlessly clean, and had everything you could possibly need. They even provided a toothbrush, toothpaste, a hairdryer, and other essentials, so you didn’t have to worry about a thing. The bed was huge and extremely comfortable, and the TV was massive, with options to connect a modem, use a docking cable, and even stream via Google Cast. Room service was available 24/7, and the food was delicious, beautifully presented and delivered straight to the room. The Wi-fi worked flawlessly, and the location was perfect, just three minutes by car from the airport and only fifteen minutes from Downtown Dubai and Dubai Mall. The facilities were top tier, the pool was stunning, and everything about the hotel was designed for comfort and relaxation. But what truly made my stay special was the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure a perfect experience. At checkout, they helped book my taxi to the airport and carried my luggage, making departure just as smooth as arrival.
