It was really clean and staff were always smiling and ready to help. The man at the reception, I don’t remember his name. Tall and I think he’s Indian aswell, was super super nice to me. Overall, it was a great experience, clean, great food (not cheap but value for money), cleaners were nice and swift, kitchen was fast too, security was awesome aswell. Will definitely visit again. View was great too. 10 mins walk from the metro station

The hotel location is excellent, directly facing Burj AL Arab (the most famous sail-shaped hotel at Dubai). From the balcony, we can see the sunset with Burj AL Arab. The staff are very friendly. It was a surprise to see the birthday gift (a cake, a bottle of read wine, and fruits) prepared by the hotel, when walking into the room after check-in, which is very touching. The hotel is a part of hotel groups in the area including Burj AL Arab, with many excellent restaurants.
