I liked the fact that it was very close to metro station, I stayed in a balcony room which was good, I was happy with the housekeeping staff rahman, munir, arshad khan and also frondesk nirmala, Salam, hameed are kind and helpful all the time. Hotel need some renovation.

The staff is really great, they’re determined to make your stay wonderful. Every single person of the staff is doing a great job, so compliments to everyone!
We stayed here last year as well everyone of the staff remembered us and gave us a warm welcome. Winfrida helped met to get a taxi when I had to leave and even helped me with my luggage!
Furthermore the room is clean, the room service is amazing. The price vs what you get is great! We got an upgrade again, the room is very spacious.

The location is very near by to airport as well as to the metro so for me it was a huge plus point. The room where our little fam stayed was amazing for us. And we have extended our stay for one more night and the staff on call was so helpful and arranged it so well we wanted to stay at the same room and he arranged it. Value is great according to the service. And I can’t stop praising the breakfast it is so yummy the croissant is amazing and full of great food. The room is very cleaned and they are available at anytime the amenities are available. I can’t stop praising about this hotel.
And I have to praise the staffs most of the staffs I don’t know the name of them. But all of them who helped us thank you from bottom of my heart. Very kind of you all. Specially vandana, tulasa and ham. Sorry I don’t know the name of most of the staffs I really liked but I would like to thank all of the staffs from our little fam. Thank you. ❤️

The atmosphere of a town with authentic architecture (even if it is a reconstruction). Friendly staff, especially Arjun who helped us with our luggage, both on arrival and departure. Good breakfast. The use of the facilities (swimming pool and spa) at the nearby sister hotel and the provision of transportation, all of these made the stay at this hotel very pleasant and enjoyable.
