Everything was superb, from being met by Alvin and guided to the Casa,all the information and help he gave us, the room and its great views. Excellent airconditioning and very comfortable bed.
The staff of the Mazmi Casa cafe were also very welcôming and friendly, food was good and we loved being able to sit at the cafe overlooking the water watching the abras.Not to mention the traders in the souk providing some entertainment.
The historical area itself was also very easy and interesting to walk round .

I liked the fact that it was very close to metro station, I stayed in a balcony room which was good, I was happy with the housekeeping staff rahman, munir, arshad khan and also frondesk nirmala, Salam, hameed are kind and helpful all the time. Hotel need some renovation.

I found the staff exceptionally helpful and pleasant, Moe at front desk always had a smile and very helpful and kind and very professional. everyone at the front desk was so kind, and when it came to house keeping on the 5th floor, the supervisor Shibin did all he could to find me a softer bed because of my back issues also acted in a very professional manner and house cleaning Ahsan and Shahanwaz were also pleasant and concerned that they were doing all they could for me to make my stay pleasant as possible and the gentleman at the tour attraction booth couldn’t of met a more helpful person.

The atmosphere of a town with authentic architecture (even if it is a reconstruction). Friendly staff, especially Arjun who helped us with our luggage, both on arrival and departure. Good breakfast. The use of the facilities (swimming pool and spa) at the nearby sister hotel and the provision of transportation, all of these made the stay at this hotel very pleasant and enjoyable.
