I liked the staff service, location, and the neighborhood, and hotel facilities.
The hotel has an airport shuttle that runs every hour so ppl can travel to and from airport for free with comfort.
Diera city center mall and day to day center is just walking distance hence we could do small shopping easily when required.
Red Metro station is 3 minutes away, so the transportation is easy for the attractions.

The value for money was exceptional. Very nice room with a huge bed and a couch, nice bathroom. Very quiet and good sound proof. The staff went extra mile to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable, including early check in on the day of our arrival with no extra charge. Nice breakfast with lots of different options and great coffee! Not far from the center and all the entertainment. Really loved it and would recommend for a stay in Dubai.

The hotel was amazing from start to finish. The attention to detail from check in to check out was amazing. The pool areas were stunning and the staff at the pool bar were fantastic.
They gym is particularly good for a hotel gym.

My recent stay at Al Bandar Rotana by Arjaan on the Creek was wonderful, and I’d like to commend the staff for making it extra special. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed by the reception team, especially Abdul Rahman who went out of his way to ensure our check-in was smooth and efficient. We arrived early and requested an early check-in, and while there was a small charge for the upgrade, it was absolutely worth it, as it allowed us to settle in and start enjoying the amenities right away.
I also want to mention Rajan from the concierge team, who provided us with helpful tips for navigating the area and arranged our transportation efficiently.
The hotel has a smaller pool, which was perfect for a quick, refreshing swim, though it might feel a bit limited if you’re looking for a large pool area. Al Bandar Rotana is situated about a 20 to 30 -minute drive from downtown, so plan on some travel time if you're planning to explore that area. Overall, it’s a fantastic spot if you're looking for a clean, comfortable stay with attentive service by the Creek.

I liked the fact that it was very close to metro station, I stayed in a balcony room which was good, I was happy with the housekeeping staff rahman, munir, arshad khan and also frondesk nirmala, Salam, hameed are kind and helpful all the time. Hotel need some renovation.
