SPA facilities were exceptional, diverse, clean, well thought through. Breakfast offered a very good choice, although moderate service (one day we had to wait really long for our eggs and coffee). My recent stay at Al Bandar Rotana by Arjaan on the Creek was wonderful, and I’d like to commend the staff for making it extra special. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed by the reception team, especially Abdul Rahman who went out of his way to ensure our check-in was smooth and efficient. We arrived early and requested an early check-in, and while there was a small charge for the upgrade, it was absolutely worth it, as it allowed us to settle in and start enjoying the amenities right away.
I also want to mention Rajan from the concierge team, who provided us with helpful tips for navigating the area and arranged our transportation efficiently.
The hotel has a smaller pool, which was perfect for a quick, refreshing swim, though it might feel a bit limited if you’re looking for a large pool area. Al Bandar Rotana is situated about a 20 to 30 -minute drive from downtown, so plan on some travel time if you're planning to explore that area. Overall, it’s a fantastic spot if you're looking for a clean, comfortable stay with attentive service by the Creek.
