All the staff were extremely friendly and attentive, but the receptionist Assem stood out for her professionalism, friendliness and kindness. The Breakfast is very good. The valet service is very good and everyone is very friendly and helpful.

The whole place and stuff is amazing. Having the chance to dive into the 54th floor pool and have a a breathtaking view of Dubai skyscrapers is priceless. Would definitely come back here if I am visiting Dubai again

we came to the hotel very late, nearly midnight, due to a cancellation of our flight, the staff at the reception were absolutely kind and welcoming! they even let us keep the room until 4pm the other day, thank you very much for that! the views from the hotel pool are amazing, particularly the sunset! breakfast is also very nice:)

We stayed at the Taj Dubai for my wife's birthday. It is a fantastic hotel. The rooms were excellent, clean, tidy, all fittings sparkling and working, the room was quite spacious and the views amazing. The location is really good, being walking distance to the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall and an easy taxi ride to The Frame. We had an initial issue the first night due to something in the room triggering allergies, despite the fact it was late at night, the staff were super helpful and bent over backwards to assist. They even moved us to a new room for the night and then re-roomed us the following day to ensure everything was ok. We joined the Taj Lounge where the treatment stepped up even more. Jaideep, and Shange, working with Khevana provided an absolute first class service for us. Jaideep's cocktails are truly a work of art! I cannot recommend this hotel high enough. A true five star destination, that we will surely visit again.
