Upgraded to a Skyline Club Room, which just added a finishing touch to the family Christmas stay. The ladies & gents in the club lounge could not do enough for us, always smiling & helpful.
Rooms were spacious & very comfortable - even i managed to switch off for a day or two & forget work. The pool area was nice, though it did get busy later in the day, but the staff always tried to accommodate.
In general, a wonderful, enjoyable, restful stay over the Christmas period - but the thing that makes the difference is, for sure, the wonderful staff.

Service was very good! Very respect full people with very clean rooms! The hotel has no fancy entrance from the outside but for staying in Dubai is perfect. Private parking under ground. Good help with the language, respectful if you have any request.
