Great hotel in Dubai - the Family room was fantastic - and being connected to Mall of Emirates was very handy. Staff were fantastic and room was available early which was really great since we had flown from NZ. Would definitely stay here again.

We spent a perfect night here. Check-in at reception was quick and the keypad entry was effortless. The kitchen is genuinely modern and had everything we needed, so we cooked a simple meal. The balcony looks straight over the pool and lagoon—we spent the evening out there enjoying the breeze and reflections. We tried the gym, but the surprise highlight was a quiet meditation in the free yoga room; such a calm space. Inside, a printed guide to what’s on in Dubai for the year and a neighbourhood map saved us a lot of planning time. You can tell real thought went into the small details; the place feels composed and relaxing, and the whole resort is very quiet at night. Tasteful, elegant décor without clutter. Strongly recommended for travellers and visitors.

Great location. Amazing staff exceeded all our expectations. Very comfortable and clean. Breakfast great. In room dining also great and fast. All amenities wonderful. Whole team did amazing job to make our stay memorable. Special and extraordinary effort whole team made to accommodate all our wishes and my wife's Birthday. I can't thank you enough for that.
