Riverside Guest Lodge offers panoramic views of Grobbelaars River and Swartberg Mountains. It offers air-conditioned rooms and wooden cottages. There is a main deck with a splash pool, a bar, and a barbecue. On arrival we received a warm welcome and Candi gave us recommendations for restaurants, hikes and a terrific hairdresser. The lodge is very inviting and exquisitely decorated, and it was nice to have the option to take a canoe on the river free of charge. Breakfast was delicious, the beds extremely comfortable and I could easily have spent a week here.

Enjoy a relaxing swim in the stunning outdoor pool or soak up the sun on a deck lounger with a refreshing drink. Yummy breakfasts were served every morning. Great location. Rooms were cleaned everyday. Friendly staff. Highly recommended. We will definitely be back again.

With original Cape Dutch décor, all air-conditioned rooms and suites at The Winchester Hotel come with satellite TV and tea/coffee facilities. A bathrobe is available in each modern bathroom. Most rooms feature sea or mountain view and some face the Italian piazza style Courtyard. I loved everything about this hotel. The location is perfect, a short drive from the V&A and centre of CT, sea-facing in Seapoint with the full mountain backdrop. Seapoint is really nice with lots of shops, restaurants and bars in walking distance and relatively safe (for SA). The hotel itself is gorgeous. It has a beautiful courtyard with red, purple and green Bougainvillea lining the whitewash walls. The hotel food is exceptional too. I love my food and every meal was above average. The room was spacious and had a lovely extension where my girlfriend could get ready. The bathroom was spacious and shower was very big too. To top it off, the staff were super friendly and super helpful. We spoke to them on a daily basis for help booking trips and restaurants and they went above and beyond to assist.

The beach is also just 50 metres away, offering a variety of water-sports and nature tours. Tastefully decorated rooms with comfortable pillows and bedding. Clean bathroom, nice shower products. Great location and accommodating overall. Also had an inverter for loadshedding.Did not get to spend enough time here. Next time I come I will take some of the complimentary sherry and brandy from the lobby bar.

Everything was perfect. The Penthouse was large and nice, facilities were excellent and the view was amazing.
