We loved everything about 54 on Bath hotel. It truly feels like a five-star property in the heart of Johannesburg, if not, it’s easily a six-star experience. We stayed from Thursday, 30 October 2025, to Saturday, 1 November 2025, to celebrate my partner’s special 64th birthday. As soon as we booked and mentioned the occasion on Booking.com, the hotel replied directly to acknowledge it and assured us they would make our stay memorable, which was already very impressive. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by every staff member, and we were even upgraded to a suite. This was an incredible surprise and made our stay beyond exceptional. Management should be very proud of all staff at the 54 on Bath. Thank you so much to everyone, from the bottom of our hearts. You were all amazing and truly made our celebration unforgettable. We’ve already shared our wonderful experience with family and friends back in Sydney, and we absolutely cannot wait to return. Next time, we’ll be staying for at least two weeks. This is one of the most underrated stays in Johannesburg. Saying the facilities are beautiful is an understatement. The staff are friendly and kind. I wish I stayed longer, I would come back just for an extended stay here.
