Featuring panoramic views of Knysna Lagoon as well as the Heads, 6 On Protea is located along the Garden Route, just a 5-minute drive from the Knysna town centre. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing and very filling. The room was far away from others such that I could work and the room had everything you could need: kettle, microwave, mini fridge and an array of different cutlery if you want to braai (which they provide as well). It was lovely sitting in the garden, watching the lagoon and listening to the birds.

The luxurious, 5-star Alexander Guest House offers individually designed rooms and suites. A spacious sun terrace offers guests a place to relax beside the outdoor pool. Amazing place to stay, we were lucky enough to book a room with a private deck and pool. The room was beautiful, spacious, immaculate, with the most comfortable bed. Extremely peaceful, with the most incredible views. The staff could not have done more for us, and ensured we were looked after at all times, making our stay even more relaxing. Thank you so much for sharing your little peace of heaven with us , I couldn’t fault one single thing

The view from the breakfast area is amazing. The guesthouse is 2min walk from the beach. We had the beach all to ourselves. It was an amazing stay and we'll definitely be back.

The Manor House is stunning and a lovely place to stay. Sue and Danelle were very warm and welcoming, the rooms are very spacious and classy and the view over Knysna is wonderful. Breakfast was delicious and the dinner was exceptional. A we'll managed venue and although it was very brief, we were always made to feel very welcome and we really enjoyed our short stay.
