This is a piece of paradise. The chalet is very comfortable and well equipped and maintained. The restaurant offers excellent food options. The breakfast is amazing. I recommend staying here at least for three nights.

This colonial style building and grounds are in a beautiful scenic setting. Comfortable, clean, and welcoming. Fantastic home cooked evening meal by Josephine, the wife had a steak cooked to perfection, and I had the lamb curry. The breakfasts are to die for. The property is close (20 mins) to the wonderful remote, not busy Buffalo beach with an endless sandy beach and shallow clean water. The UrbanGirl cafe/restaurant is superb and is 10 minutes drive away. The Muse cocktail bar is 10 mins walk away and has a lovely garden to enjoy good priced food and drinks.

EVERYTHING and EVERYONE. First everyone is extremely welcoming and very friendly. They allowed us an early check in and a late check out. They also gave us an upgrade which was amazing! The rooms were very very clean! The view of the sea was breathtaking! The entire experience was spectacular I honestly didn’t want to leave I wish I could stay there forever! The breakfast was so delicious there were a day when I lay in bed at night thinking about the food. I honestly can’t do this place justice it’s probably one of if not the best place I have ever stayed in. Thank you so much for making our stay lovely!!!

The Manor House is stunning and a lovely place to stay. Sue and Danelle were very warm and welcoming, the rooms are very spacious and classy and the view over Knysna is wonderful. Breakfast was delicious and the dinner was exceptional. A we'll managed venue and although it was very brief, we were always made to feel very welcome and we really enjoyed our short stay.

The location was lovely and very peaceful. We were the only guests at the time, so we were given our choice of room, and had a delightful chat with our host over a lovely homecooked breakfast. We were paid a visit at breakfast by a flock of adorable local birds, and really valued our host's expert local knowledge and advice about our onwards journey down the Garden Route. 10/10 would stay again.
