Situated at the base of the wild Tsitsikamma Mountains, The Fernery overlooks an impressive 30-metre waterfall in the Sanddrift River gorge. The deck area boasts a cocktail bar and free WiFi is available throughout. Wow, what an amazing experience to stay at The Fernery. This is one of the places we will remember for a long time. The setting of the hotel was fantastic. The Jacuzzi and Hot Tub ambiance also fantastic. The breakfast by wide margin the best in South Africa. Dinner was also very good and fairly priced.

The situation was wonderful with fabulous views The pool area though small Is lovely & I seemed to be the only one using it !

Amazing stay, one of our favorites so far here in SA. Amazing room, big , comfortable and has everything we needed. The view was to die for, and sleeping with the sound of the ocean was wonderful. Incredible breakfast and staff that go above and beyond. We wish we could have stayed longer, and will definitely be back for longer than two days next time

Offering an outdoor pool and a cosy lounge and bar, Parkes Manor is a classic, historical house located within 2 km from the Knysna Waterfront.

The country-style suites are elegantly decorated and feature under-floor heating, a sofa and air conditioning. It includes a desk, safe and en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower. Some suites offer a view of the Knysna lagoon. Beautiful room, delicious breakfast and great service, including an early check in. It was a wonderful experience and I’m sorry I couldn’t stay longer.

Wonderful hillside location, overlooking the laguna. We loved the comfy, well maintained rooms with excellent beds as well as the rich breakfast prepared by two cheerful ladies. For sure we'll stay there again during our next visit to Knysna.

This former power station is located in Knysna and offers sunny suites with an iPod docking station and views of the Knysna Lagoon. The spacious sun deck comes with an outdoor pool.

The rooms at Turbine Hotel & Spa are elegantly decorated with light fabrics and parquet floors. The suites have a satellite LCD TV and extra long beds. The location, food and their amazing staff.

Falcons View Manor is 1 km from Knysna Harbour, where you can rent a boat and explore the Knysna National Lakes Area. The hotel is 5 km from Simola Golf Club, which was designed by the great Jack Nicklaus. The Manor House is stunning and a lovely place to stay. Sue and Danelle were very warm and welcoming, the rooms are very spacious and classy and the view over Knysna is wonderful. Breakfast was delicious and the dinner was exceptional. A we'll managed venue and although it was very brief, we were always made to feel very welcome and we really enjoyed our short stay.
