From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional—warm, personalized, and consistently attentive. The staff regularly checked in to ensure our comfort and went above and beyond to meet our needs, making us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. The resort itself is a lush, green oasis—beautifully maintained with plenty of shade and tranquil spaces to relax. Our rooms were spacious, tastefully decorated, and immaculately clean. The swimming pool was a highlight for both the kids and adults—refreshing, well-kept, and surrounded by nature. We also thoroughly enjoyed the food, which was delicious and thoughtfully prepared. Every meal felt like a treat, with a variety of options that catered to both local and international tastes. In addition, we very much enjoyed the complimentary massage and yoga sessions. We wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Hue, especially families looking for a relaxing and memorable holiday.

This accommodation features free WiFi and private parking. Great location, within walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shops. Staff were amazing friendly and helpful, they were very kind and accommodating and made some good recommendations and also looked after our bikes over our two night stay. Would not hesitate to stay there again.

I felt immediately home when we arrived at the alba hotel. the evening jacuzzi was so relaxing, breakfast and staff all really good. would definitely recommend!

Super-helpful and lovely hosts, the hotel is very well run and enthusiastic. Any tours or rentals or such you need for fair prices. The hotel is nice and quiet, tucked away in a small side alley, but very centrally located - few steps to a good convenience store, a few minutes from the main nightlife and restaurant area. Rooms are nice and thought through, with everything needed. The fifth floor room with the terrace that we were staying in also has the great view from your own terrace. Highly recommended.

Modern rooms are beautifully furnished and equipped with free Wi-Fi access. We have stayed at the hotel many times and every time the staff have been fantastic, rooms comfortable and Hotels location perfect for our needs. Garenteed we will stay again.
