A very well-designed and maintained property. Great location. Excellent service. Close to all the action, but in a relatively quiet spot (except for a little construction on anew building right outside our room).

The hotel and its facilities are very good. Swimming pool and restaurant are charming and the service also good. But what left us in awe was the outstanding attention of Tram from the reception. I am lucky enough to travel a lot and I can easily say she is the best receptionist I have ever come across with. Her attention to every detail and need my family had, made our stay really 5 star worthy. That is true passion for hospitality right there. Staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was plentiful, pool area was nice, room was comfortable and bathroom was spacious with great hot water. Liked being slightly out of Hoi An main central area as it was respite from the tourists. Still had lots of little shops and restaurants around, including a great one a few doors up. Use of bikes for free was also handy for exploring. Shuttle bus to town if you wanted it, but the walk is easy and enjoyable also.

Very nice place to stay just outside the city center of Hoi An. By bike 20 min to the old town. Very welcoming staff.

The staff, everyone, from the receptionists to the security, was exceptionally kind and helpful. The room was clean and nice, and spacious enough. The rooms have a desk where one can work at one's laptop. The wifi worked well. The shower had good pressure and hot water. The breakfast was fine. The location is convenient, just a 5 minutes walk to the old town.
