The breakfast was good and enough vegetarian and seafood options for Muslims. The service from the staff was exceptional. All the staff are very helpful and polite. They provide useful recommendations on nearby attractions upon check-in, which was helpful.

Located in the heart of Hanoi Old Quarter, Hanoi Pearl Hotel is conveniently a minute’s walk to the renowned Hoan Kiem Lake. 我们夫妻两人在河内旅游。饭店靠近剑湖。走几步就到了湖边。很热闹。饭店早点种类可以，饭店服务态度很好。还有小伙子给开门，讲解房间物品注意事项。 大堂可以。订的有市景的房间。窗户看去，外面建筑高低不齐，看出河内原生态。订房需要有窗户。 周围两个小饭馆，有服务员会说中文，很热情，路过主动打招呼。周围还有披萨店。 很多的按摩店和满路的摩托车超出想象。旅行社好几个，可以换越南币，可以订周边游。转天来车接。我们去了下龙湾。号称水上桂林。值得一去。 越南旅游区欧美人太多了。越南人摩托拉四口人，一家子。看起来很幸福的样子。 不好的地方，最后一天退房说少了面巾。实际上他们忘记给房间放了。需要相信旅客。 总体体验很好。价格稍贵。可以接受。 越南还回去去。机票太便宜了。

The staff is extremely nice, they help with any question, even not connected with the hotel. They help with finding the right places, attractions, taxi, everything. They even booked a massage place in a second. The room was clean and the location is great, close to almost all places to visit.

Lavender Central Hotel welcomes guests with refreshing orange juice, and is situated just a 3-minute walk from the picturesque Hoan Kiem Lake and Huc Bridge. The location was very nice, very near the from the night market, good restaurants and interest points. The room mas big and comfortable and the breakfast had very nice options. The staff was really helpful and nice to us.
