It is a very comfortable hotel in the City Center of Hanoi, very close to the exciting Old Quarter. Rooms were spacious and cleaned up everyday, the breakfast was tasty and diverse. What we appreciated the most was the kindness and helpfulness of all the staff. Especially Rosie was always there to support us in trips recommendation, organization, restaurant selection, water puppet show tickets, airport transfer - everything!
