They even brought out a cake for my lovely wife's birthday. We booked a room with an internal window, which was very comfortable, quiet, clean and cool. Also, the hotel location is right in the middle of things and so easy to walk about. The staff arranged our transfers from and to the airport, which went without a hitch.

Dong Xuan Market is just 100 metres away while Noi Bai International Airport is a 45-minute drive away. The staff is extremely nice, they help with any question, even not connected with the hotel. They help with finding the right places, attractions, taxi, everything. They even booked a massage place in a second. The room was clean and the location is great, close to almost all places to visit.
