They were all smiling everytime you talk to them. I was even upgraded and allowed to have early check-in. They gave me packed breakfast because I checked-out early for my morning flight.

Located in the heart of Hanoi Old Quarter, Hanoi Pearl Hotel is conveniently a minute’s walk to the renowned Hoan Kiem Lake. It features a fitness centre, a 24-hour front desk and free Wi-Fi access throughout the property. We had a fantastic stay at Hanoi Pearl Hotel. The rooms were very clean and provided us with everything we needed. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, at both the hotel restaurant and the reception desk/ hotel lobby. There was a wide variety of food options for breakfast which was lovely. The hotel is in a prime location as it's close to the lake (very central) but not directly where all the night time festivities are happening. In saying that, it's only a few minutes walk away but the location still has a good buzz without being too overwhelming. I lived in Hanoi 6 years ago and chose this hotel based on it's location as it's on a wonderful street that has a good vibe. Pizza 4Ps (only the best pizza in Vietnam) is a stone throw away and Polite Pub (where you can get amazing cocktails) is directly opposite. The hotel's rooftop bar is a great spot to enjoy a whiskey sours or any of their other cocktail offerings. We will most certainly be back! Thank you so much for making us feel at home.

Hanoi E Central Luxury Hotel & Restaurant is placed in the heart of Old Quarter just a 10-minute drive to Hanoi Train Station. Dong Xuan Market is just 100 metres away while Noi Bai International Airport is a 45-minute drive away. The hotel is really central and the staff is really helpful. They helped me fix different bookings, late check out, contacted the bus company when I was leaving and so on. The breakfast is simple but okay.

The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the old quarter, with shops, restaurants, and bars just a short walk away. Despite being in such a busy area, the room was quiet, clean, and tidy, and the aircon worked perfectly—an absolute lifesaver. The staff were incredibly friendly and always eager to assist, making our stay even more enjoyable. The free breakfast was delicious—I highly recommend trying the French toast and chicken noodles. The coffee was excellent too! One highlight was the in-house spa, which was affordable and so relaxing after long days of exploring. They also made organizing airport transfers a breeze, with reasonable pricing. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting!

All rooms have windows with city or lake views. Each air-conditioned room has a flat-screen TV and a safety deposit box. A desk and a small seating area are also provided. En suite bathrooms offer either a bathtub or shower. What I love the most was the staff. ALL STAFF ARE EXCEPTIONAL AND NICE. very accommodating and goes above and beyond for their guests. I want to mention Steve, he assisted us really well and very understanding and recommends tips for us first time tourists in Hanoi 🙏🏻. The place is perfect because it's near night market but the only downside is that when the night market starts, the roads are closed and you cannot grab car from the hotel and have to walk a really short distance to the main road, but it's not a deal breaker. We got the family room, very spacious and so clean, the bathroom is spacious as well. Good choice for a family of 4. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, it's not as cheap as the other boutique hotels of course but you'll for sure get your money's worth.
