The room was lovely, the little balcony was great, coffee machine much appreciated and the actual telephone beside your actual bed which was actually answered when I used it to call reception - sadly you're normally directed to an app. So decor, quirkiness, comfort, human contact, all good.

They have a La Guardia shuttle but we forgot about it.
