Located in the heart of Waikiki, 2 minutes' walk to Waikiki Beach, Halepuna Waikiki is a luxury boutique hotel surrounded by shopping and dining. The property was designed by internationally acclaimed interior design firm, Champalimaud and features works of several Hawaiian artists in partnership with The Honolulu Museum of Art public art program. Great location that was close to the beach and to the main shops.

All guest rooms include a luxurious en suite bathroom with plush bathrobes, premium toiletries, marble vanities, deep soaking tub and a separate glassed-in shower. A flat-screen TV is also provided. 10 should not be a ceiling for rating some accommodations because Halekulani deserves more than that! From location, the luxury of the hotel itself, the staff (oh man, you can't describe in words how everyone made our stay a blast). The valley parking was super quick and our ride was always ready on time. We were also able to borrow beach towels and the best thing actually happened after our checkout. Due to our late flight we were still able to access the facilities like gym or amenities room for shower after a day spent at the beach and hiking. So yeah, this resort was wow and I have a feeling we'll be back!

A flat-screen TV is included in each air-conditioned guest room at Luana Waikiki. Select rooms offer a balcony, kitchenette or full kitchen. This hotel is in a good location if you don't plan on using a car but just going to the beach and walking around the area. There is a military museum right next to the hotel as well as lots of shops and cafes. The room we had was spacious and comfortable with a great selection of TV channels, of course if you're staying in a hotel room although I don't think anyone would stay in a room when in Hawaii. Even though we were on a lower floor and the room faced the street we didn't hear too much noise. The room was clean and had everything you needed to cook basic meals, a small kitchen with everything you need. The pool is ok but you have to be careful if you're not a swimmer as one part is shallow and then you go straight into the deeper part. The gym is small but has everything you need to stay in shape. You also have a barbecue area which I highly recommend as you can have a barbecue with your family and enjoy the view of the park. The hotel staff are excellent and all praise for them. If all hotels had such smiling and helpful staff, no hotel guest would ever be dissatisfied with the service. They deserve all the praise and a pay raise.

Diamond Head is 3.2 km away. Excellent location and very clean. Continental breakfast was pretty varied. Valet parking if you need to park your car

Kudos to Mary Joy, Tyler, Damien and Leoni. The property showcased a very instagrammable vibe, spacious room and complimentary non alcoholic drinks and snack treats in the room. The hotel's central location was perfect for exploring Waikiki. We loved it so much that we extended our stay for another night. Highly recommended! Will definitely come back again.

Located 1 block from Waikiki Beach, Queen Kapiolani Hotel features panoramic views of Diamond Head from the outdoor pool and sun terrace. Spacious rooms include a 49-inch flat-screen TV and a refrigerator. With my wife we enjoyed the place since it was close to the sea and we had the opportunity to relax for few days in such a lovely area.

A discount on the Bishop Museum admission for one adult and children under 17, Honolulu Museum of Art admission for one adult and children under 18. Location was great for the convention center, and beach at the same time. Nice access to stores. Room was pretty big, with nicely functional AC.
