The neighbourhood is quiet but with many cool bars and restaurants a short walk away in Greenpoint or Williamsburg, and good bakeries and bagel places around the corner. The subway is 10 minutes walk away.

Beautiful view of lake. Plantings and grounds were impeccably groomed. Food in main restaurant was excellent and elegantly served. We were slightly off season, but the town was quaint with delightlful people. We will definitely return in the springtime.
