We were getting civilly married in Manhattan and chose the Ludlow for its location, in walking distance to City Hall and close to some of the best parts of the LES. The facilities were fantastic and the service impeccable: They upgraded our High Floor Queen to a Skybox Loft and gifted us a bottle of prosecco. The rooftop is also stunning - we were able to take photos up there after our City Hall appointment. We ordered room service twice and the food was delicious. I would definitely go to the restaurant next time. Katz's and Russ & Daughters are on the corner - perfect for breakfast!

Excellent location, well manteined and clean rooms. Nice staff This is the 3rd year in a row staying in this hotel.

The room is very big,we have a lot of place for yhe luggage and walk arround. Was veey clean and with all details (coffe machine,tea,snaks,and the bathroom with evrething what we need). The location was perfect. We will recomend it for sure.

The location is excellent, the room is spacious and well-equipped with everything you could possibly need, and the staff is exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Guests can enjoy proximity to Madison Square Park. The hotel is outstanding — perfectly located on Broadway, surrounded by a wide variety of restaurants, with both Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s very close by, as well as a nearby subway station. The property is extremely comfortable, clean, and safe, and the staff are exceptionally attentive and friendly. My room exceeded all expectations, with an incredibly comfortable bed and a fantastic shower. I would definitely stay at this hotel again!

Properly trained staff, lovely common area, spacious room (even if, I must say, I was graciously offered an upgrade), good location.

A continental breakfast is served every morning at this Manhattan property. Concierge services are available on site. Nobody expects a US hotel to be (a) really good or (b) reasonable value. This hotel is both those things and more. Really friendly staff, efficient but relaxed, exceptionally tidy and clean. Safe and quiet. Stylish throughout. A gem!

We loved the bar lounge and staff so much, our favourite evening spot!
