We liked that the shower had both a detachable head and a overhead shower. We liked that the sink mirror lights up. lot of amenities in a small space.

Room was a really big compared with lit of city hotel rooms. Like the windows looking onto the street.

Guests can enjoy proximity to Madison Square Park. This hotel was a real oasis in NYC; room was beautiful with a view on the Empire! Clean, great towels, great bathroom and even more great toiletries. The snack on the day of arrival, coffee and tea maker and fresh bottles of water every day was just what we needed and it made our staying there perfect. Not to mention the bed and the pillows - amazing! We slept divinley. Offcourse the location is also perfect. Thank you for such a good care of your guests dear Broadway Plaza Hotel!

Very quiet room and breakfast was great. They had almond milk and Fage yogurt which we really appreciated.

We loved the bar lounge and staff so much, our favourite evening spot!

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. I love the decor of the Crosby, in the rooms but especially in the restaurant and lounge areas. The staff, from check in to restaurant to housekeeping are wonderfully helpful and professional. And the location is perfect for all the things we love do.
