Great central location but away from hectic city center and 2mins from central park. The room was spacious, well cleaned everyday. Soft towels, good toiletries and a great shower. Nice linen on a really comfy super king size bed. The room temperature was great even though the temperature in New York fluctuated a lot while we were there. There is no bar or restaurant on site but lots of places to eat and drink on the same street as the hotel.

The hotel is really like a hidden jewel in the center of New York. It is amazingly quiet, considering it is just around the corner from Times Square. It is a great location; all major attractions are nearby. The staff is excellent; you can really feel welcome there. It is like a home away from home. Breakfast is sort of basic; however, you still have more or less everything. Tony's di Napoli bar and restaurant next door offers excellent food and drinks.

Beautiful, cozy room. Lovely personal touch offering water and baked cookies in the evening! We requested a baby bath for our 4 month old and the concierge sorted us out straight away - very baby friendly! We loved the bar lounge and staff so much, our favourite evening spot!

I love the decor of the Crosby, in the rooms but especially in the restaurant and lounge areas. The staff, from check in to restaurant to housekeeping are wonderfully helpful and professional. And the location is perfect for all the things we love do.

The service from the moment you step from the taxi, without exception is exceptional. Staff are friendly and go out of their way to ensure your staff is a good experience. I stayed in a small apartment which was beautiful, so much so I happily remained there my whole first day and night working. Room service breakfast from the private kitchen is one of the best I’ve experienced, it arrived fresh and so beautifully presented I almost didn’t want to eat it. Thoroughly recommended.

Asked for a high room as we were on our baby moon, got the top floor with best view the hotel has to offer. Concierge was very helpful with babysitting. Everything was great.
