Great hotel with friendly staff, clean rooms and overall safe feeling. Esraa, Barish were both fantastic in helping make our stay comfortable. Kadir the doorman at the Hilton was also great in assisting us with hailing a cab and overall giving a safe feeling to the residence.

THE BEST OF Turkish HOSPITALITY. EMRAH AND HIS STAFF WERE MAGNIFICENT. Every little thing we asked for was attended to with alacrity and friendliness. We wanted a small hotel in the old section that was near the main sights. We wanted the Turkish experience and opted for this small hotel with large rooms perfectly situated for our needs. We prebooked nothing but the hotel. Emrah has the local knowledge and contacts to arrange the trips we wanted flawlessly.. I suggest that there is no need to prebook excursions etc if you have a local like this available. We were given a hotel room decorated in sumptuous Turkish style. It was spacious with ample support space to set up our suitcases for 5 days of living out of them - something that few hotel rooms actually conceptualize. Breakfast was in the garden - a rarity in such an area - alongside the hotel and had everything you could possibly want including great coffee. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel immensely as it provided exactly what we wanted and then some.

Staff are very nice and friendly. Very collaborative to assist guests. The room (family room) has enough space for us and was very clean everyday. There are kitchen and proper refrigerator, which is nice.

Lovely apartment hotel with panoramic views of Istanbul, great staff, pool and good spa. Very friendly staff, especially Mr Hamza from reception, gave us a free upgrade to the 21st floor with a great view of the city! Everything was great!!!
