Resort Manager Phouwanart Khamthong is an alumni of the Shangri-la in Bangkok; his charm and attention to detail imbues the establishment, from its superbly trained staff to its perfectly kept lush gardens, fish pools, relaxing swimming pool area and fine breakfast. The staff are wonderfully attentive, in particular Bay at reception provided professional smiling assistance at every step.

This 4-star resort offers luggage storage space and free WiFi. Pai Night Market is 400 metres away and Wat Phra That Mae Yen is 2.5 km from the resort. Spacious rooms, close to centre, the staff gave us recommendations on what to do and organized a car for us. Breakfast and pool were great as well :)

The Countryside Pai’s restaurant serves a selection of authentic Thai dishes. A daily breakfast menu is also available. Good value for money and the staff was very friendly. I would come again. It's not far from the downtown.

En suite bathrooms come with either a bathtub or shower. Kayak to breakfast; good location; great service; very friendly staff! They love kids and our kids felt very good
