It takes 10 minutes to drive to Kanchanaburi city centre. Bangkok is 3 hours’ drive away. Everything is perfect and value for the money. I was so upset by myself cuz i couldn't stay there one more night

It is also within walking distance of both the bus and minivan station and the train station (although the latter is half an hour's walk away). The owner - a local woman - is very helpful and forthcoming, and she's also one of few communicative Thais with a genuine interest in foreigners that I came across on my two trips to Thailand: once I even asked her to call a bike rental shop to let them know that I would return the bicycle I was renting from them later than agreed, as unfortunately I cannot speak Thai, and she kindly obliged. Not to mention that her husband was twice kind enough to give me and other guests a ride to the minivan and bus station so that I did not have to pay for a tuk tuk.

Beautiful tranquil open feel about the resort with immaculate gardens. The restaurant on the river was also a beautiful setting, the dinner delicious and the male singer and sound level (in the background) was amazing. The staff on Reception were very welcoming and professional and loved the welcome drink we were served while waiting for our room. The breakfast had lots of good options and again a beautiful open setting overlooking the gardens.
