Location is absolutely great. Staff was really friendly and helpful, which made the stay nice. Liked the breakfast, not a buffet but a la carte and the food was excellent.

Customer service very polite and convenient and answered all questions, extremely helpful. cleaners a very nice and very polite cleaned rooms when requested good job on the whole hotels side of things and got a taxi when requested very quickly

Loved the hotel, location was great, staff extremely friendly and helpful, even the security were cheerful and polite, bellboy always greeted me with a smile and courteousness, always liked it when I called him "Boss", cant fault the breakfast, but being English I do like an English breakfast. Definitely will book this Hotel again and would recommend to friends, only one slight down side was the swimming pool was was very cold, but hey that could be rectified. My Birthday coincided with my stay, the staff must of noticed this and a surprise cake and card was left in my room, this was a very nice touch.

The room was clean. We asked for roll away cot and it was brought and set up. Beds were comfy. The free breakfast bar was absolutely amazing! The location was right on the beach and view from the room was breathtaking! Staff was knowledgeable, professional and nice.
