The person in the reception was not friendly and we feel like there was trust issues. For exemple we was requested to fully pay in advance. We wanted to deposit and the we can uses extras and sold during the check out. It was refused. Also Frederica arrived at 9am they were informed and they asked here to wait in the Lobby with not compensation. To make the history short the lady in the reception was really unfriended.

The location is great. The view is stunning on the ocean.
The staff is very helpful. I booked first for a stay of 10 days. I needed to extend my stay. Coumba Ndiaye and Mr.Demba managed to find me a great room and were very helpful.
I also include Coumba Mame and the ladies who were cleaning my room every day.
I felt like being at home.

An absolute sanctuary in the middle of Dakar!
I had room no 3 and it was super spacious with its own balcony. Mosquito net of course! Really comfy bed. Loved loved loved the soap, somehow it was the reason why I didn’t get mosquito bites
Extraordinary breakfast! Tasteful design throughout the hotel!
The hotel is small so they know you fast which is nice! Laundry is cheap compared to other 4* hotels

The room and facilities were gorgeous. But it was the staff who made my experience 10/10. Shout out to the lovely Alasan, and all the other receptionists and wonderful cleaning ladies. Thank you all.
