At first when I rolled up to the hotel it didn't look like hardly anything there was just a little sign off of the street and a very small front entrance area with a reception desk. I was greeted very friendly and everything was really good. Then I went up to my room and apparently all I had was the studio room but oh my goodness. There was a queen size bed there was a table with four chairs there was a kitchenette with a full size fridge microwave stove top equipped kitchen perfect if you were going to stay for a week or so. The location was amazing down the street and around the corner there was a mall there was all kinds of shops. The staff was amazing all of the stuff they were so helpful in getting me what I needed and where I needed. I would highly recommend this hotel to anybody. I came to Budapest for 3 Days to pick up a dog as I'm a flight nanny. And I must say as a Solo Traveler it was so easy to navigate.

Istuan and Lili on reception were excellent. Istuan recommended things to do in Budapest and kept the coffee corner well stocked. The gluten-free bread was provided as requested. The room was on the third floor and had a partial view of the Danube. There is a lift opposite the hotel that takes you to the castle. Modern and clean. Everything worked. Love this place. Air-conditioning worked well. Big safe. Comfy bed and pillows.

Great place for stay in Budapest! The hotel is magnificent. The junior suite very comfortable with yo much space! All staff there is highly professional, helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great.
