Very clean. It is a little bit far from the center, but there is a park in the forest as shortcut and the public transportation is quite easy to use (if you don't want to take your car daily) The landlord is very polite and speaks english perfectly. It has a parking spot for each room, which was a must for us since we travelled by car.

Stay in the heart of Kosice, in one of the charming rooms and suites of the City Residence apartment hotel in the Old Town, within walking distance of all important sights. Booked the delux apartment with sauna during Christmas season. Cleaniness: 10/10. Facilities: 9/10. Kitchen is functional and you can prepare basic meals.Jacuzzi works with no issues and the sauna is quite good. Breakfast: 10/10. It is chosen from a menu and served at the time of your discretion or directly to your room. Staff: 10/10. Extremely nice and helpful. Location: 10/10. Perfect. It is literally two steps away from the main square where you can find the majority of touristic attractions and all services you may need. Really, I have nothing but positive things to say. The apartment exceeded our expectations.
