The staff was exceptional Anastasia and Olivia took wonderful care of us., Decor was very warm and elegant. Breakfast had a wide variety nicely presented , and was very tasty,cappuccino was supurb. Stay in the heart of Kosice, in one of the charming rooms and suites of the City Residence apartment hotel in the Old Town, within walking distance of all important sights. Booked the delux apartment with sauna during Christmas season. Cleaniness: 10/10. Facilities: 9/10. Kitchen is functional and you can prepare basic meals.Jacuzzi works with no issues and the sauna is quite good. Breakfast: 10/10. It is chosen from a menu and served at the time of your discretion or directly to your room. Staff: 10/10. Extremely nice and helpful. Location: 10/10. Perfect. It is literally two steps away from the main square where you can find the majority of touristic attractions and all services you may need. Really, I have nothing but positive things to say. The apartment exceeded our expectations.
