Ideally located in the Marina Bay district, this hotel features a bar, as well as a hot tub. The accommodation provides room service, a 24-hour front desk and currency exchange for guests. Lounge check in, pool is just exceptional, room amenities just perfect.

Cantonese dishes feature in the award-winning Shang Palace. International cuisine and Japanese fare is served at The Line and Zeniya Singapore respectively.

Waterfall Ristorante Italiano offers authentic Southern Italian cuisine, while local heritage fare can be enjoyed at The Lobby Lounge by Shangri-La. Artisanal pastries are available at ShopHouse by Shangri-La. The room was beautiful, comfortable king size bed with great pillows. The bathroom had great water pressure and a rainfall shower head with a separate bath tub. The amenities were amazing - The gym had a lot of equipment, the pool was large, a jacuzzi and sauna were available as well. There were many options available for dining - at least 7!

The hotel serves an international buffet breakfast, including Western, Chinese and Japanese options. Featuring live cooking stations, Asian Market Café offers a wide spread of Asian favourites with Halal dishes. Cocktails and tapas are served at the stylish and modern Anti:dote bar. Staff were helpful and friendly. Accommodations were excellent and location is perfect

Heritage Collection on Boat Quay - South Bridge Wing - Mobile App Check-In are self-catering and furnished apartment with modern studio apartments with free WiFi. Modern and easily accessible, the property is a 10-minute walk from Clarke Quay and Raffles Place MRT Stations. Absolutely in love with the location and the amazing service! The staff are super friendly and welcoming, especially William! Funny story, we actually went to the wrong Heritage hotel at first (we showed up at Heritage Clarke Quay by mistake). That’s where we met William, and he was beyond helpful. Not only did he kindly direct us to Heritage Boat Quay, but he even carried all our luggage bags up four flights of stairs with us (we came through the back entrance, don’t worry- the front entrance has elevators!). The room looks exactly like the photos on Booking.com, no surprises there. The location is perfect- really close to all the big attractions like the Merlion, Marina Bay, Gardens by the Bay, Chinatown, the Botanical Gardens, Little India, etc basically everything is either walking distance or just a quick MRT ride away. Honestly, we barely even used our MRT cards! It’s also super convenient for shopping with places like Funan Mall, Peninsula Plaza, Starbucks, Luckin Coffee, and more all nearby. The food scene around here is fantastic too! Plus, the apartment is right on the riverfront, so you get beautiful views of the river and Marina Bay!! The room and bathroom were spotless, and they even provide all the little things like cooking utensils, sponges, napkins, and cutlery. Everything here is so convenient. You can open your room door, use the lift, and even access the laundry rooms all from your phone. They change the passcodes regularly too, so it feels really secure! One more thing I really appreciated- on a random day housekeeping came while we were out, and we’d accidentally left money, jewelry, laptops, basically all our valuables just lying around. Everything was untouched and exactly where we left it. We honestly love this apartment hotel and wouldn’t think twice about staying here again whenever we’re in Singapore. Period. Each room is fitted with a Nespresso coffee machine and Bluetooth speakers. En-suite bathrooms offer a bath tub and feature Balmain toiletries. Everything, its a mixture betwern luxury, old school and modern elements THE STAFF - kelly diana dolly and all other people in the breakfast area and reception!

This 5-star hotel offers room service, a 24-hour front desk and free WiFi. The hotel has a terrace and a hot tub. This was my second stay at Raffles. Everything was simply amazing. The butlers were always meticulous and the attention to detail was excellent. The room was luxurious as ever. Special thanks to Thomas, the Hotel Manager, for personally saying hello during my check-in process, that was dearly appreciated.
