The superior room was nicely designed and spacious, comfy and clean. Big windows with the view to the city. Very friendly and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast, different menu choices. Modern and spacious bathroom was also nice.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Umea. Exceptional check-in experience with a beautiful and helpful young lady. The hotel and room design is very nice. Due to our ferry connection we needed an early breakfast, which was arranged by the staff. We highly recommend this property.
