I like that food 🤤 breakfast and lunch was delicious Good service and customer support was great and the best location near to Al haram and mall shopping.

The staffs and front desk team were truly amazing. We expected to arrived very early in the morning and therefore booked the previous night. We however arrived a little late in the morning and the hotel offered to reduce our stay by one night (cancelling the previous night). It was such an unexpected gesture that we truly appreciated. Their buffet for suhoor and iftar was also excellent value for money with diverse options. There are many food stores and shops around in case you need anything outside. A little bit far from haram but shuttle system wasn’t bad (maybe an extra bus will add a lot of value).

The amenities were excellent, reflecting both comfort and luxury. Breakfast and dining options were superb—offering a wide variety of fresh, high-quality dishes catering to all tastes. The restaurant staff were attentive and made the dining experience even more enjoyable. Overall, this hotel combines comfort, convenience, and world-class service in one of the holiest cities in the world. I highly recommend Jabal Omar Marriott to anyone visiting Makkah—it truly enhances the spiritual journey and makes the stay unforgettable.
