We had 3 rooms.Great hotel, good location, everything within walking distance and easily accessible. Shops, mosque, taxi, laundry. Very nice hotel and spacious rooms. We had a delicious breakfast with our whole family. Tahani, Miss Captain, took great care of us and showed us hospitality. Clean bathrooms, and all the cleaners do their utmost to clean the rooms every day. Beautiful view of the Haram, indescribable.

Firstly upon doing the booking I made a request for an early check in and an upgrade if possible. To my surprise 24 hours before travel I got a call from the hotel from a lady called Ashwaad. She re confirmed my booking and asked me to ask for her after I arrived. Upon arrival I asked for her and I was directed to her desk. She quickly checked me in and also accepted my room upgrade from city view to haram view. During my stay the house keeping staff on our floor was super amazing. He was always giving the best of room cleaning services and all with a wonderful smile. Upon checking out he even came to greet us and to wish us well for our return journey
