Everything was perfect! The hotel is located in the city center. We had a balcony in the room with an incredible view of the National Romanian Opera and Cathedral. The room was spacious and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and included not only basics but also some dishes of Romanian cuisine, like eggplant salad and zacusca. The hotel has parking, which was crucial for us because we were traveling by car. The parking is located on the -1 floor of the hotel and has a private entrance. The entrance to the parking is from behind the hotel, but it is very easy to find. Overall we had an amazing stay and we highly recommend this hotel!

The whole stay was fantastic! The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. A very special thank you to the ladies in the restaurant each morning – they took such great care of me, especially with my celiac and dairy allergies, preparing safe meals and brightening my mornings with kind words. The reception team was also amazing – always friendly, helpful, and quick to solve even the small things that made my stay more comfortable. A heartfelt thank you to Maria for her care and professionalism in handling the window issue. I felt genuinely valued as a guest.

Nice and cozy hotel, very central location, spacious rooms, super comfortable bed, super good quality of linen and towels, much better than in many 5 stars hotels I stayed . The personnel is extremely nice and helpful. Big and tasty breakfasts included in the room fee, even my picky daughter ate it all . The restaurant is actually very good, we also had a dinner there and it was awesome. We really enjoyed our stay and if we happen to come back to Brasov - we'd stay only here.
