Set in Bucharest, the Eco-friendly Orhideea Residence & Spa boasts spacious apartments and suites with free WiFi access and air conditioning, within 5-minutes from the metro station and a 15-minute drive from the city centre. The room was bigger and cleaner than I expected, the breakfast was good, and the receptionist was very friendly.

The hotel and rooms are clean, comfortable and beautifully furnished. All staff members are kind, courteous and professional. The breakfast buffet offers a diversity of choices, from fresh fruits and cold cuts, to warm meats, veggies and eggs. Lovely pastries, fresh homemade yogurt, and espresso complete the experience. The in house restaurant also has some nice choices for dinner. We enjoyed some of the spa services, including the sauna and massage. Despite being in the center of downtown Bucharest, it was not noisy in the rooms. Even the public areas like the lobby, bar and dining room felt quiet and peaceful. We highly recommend this hotel.

The location is close to many attractions in walking distance and with easy public transport.

Great location, close to a supermarket. Close to two large green parks, a 30-minute walk to a good shopping center, a 20-minute walk to the center, and a 5-minute walk to the metro, which is a 3-4-station direct line to the center. Good breakfasts, clean and tidy facilities. Friendly staff. I would like to mention Michaela as a professional administrator who greeted me, explained everything, and provided assistance.
