Especially japanese type rooftop restaurant very good. Easy access from the hotel to the pools.

The Hibiscus Restaurant had wonderful food and Fabrício was great!

Apartments feature a living area with a kitchenette. I had a pleasant stay at Golden Residence Hotel. The rooms were nice and comfortable, and the food was tasty with a good variety. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The hotel offers great views of the surrounding area, and I enjoyed relaxing by the small but cozy pool. Overall, the facilities and services were good, making it a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay in Madeira.

This restored Madeiran mansion is located 900 metres from Funchal's Old Town and has scenic views of the sea, the city and the mountains from its own botanical gardens and terraces. Free WiFi and free covered private parking are available. Location is close enough to walk to restaurants & the centre but far enough to be away from it all. Breakfast out on the veranda was plentiful, tasty, with a beautiful view. The staff, especially Nuno were 1st class.

We liked the location, close to the center yet in a calm and nice neighborhood. If you take the ferry to Porto Santo you are right at the marina in 5 minutes! The hotel - quinta is cozy and the garden is gorgeous! Breakfast was great and the restaurant terrace is romantic and beautiful. The rooms a bit oldish (at least ours) but comfortable and spacious. Staff was kind and helpful.
