The location is excellent as a starting point for several hikes.

It features an outdoor pool with solarium and sun loungers. Breakfasts were great also the view and the peaceful area. The staff were very friendly and Teresa (the owner) is a very professional and kind person. Totally recommended!

Set on Madeira’s South Coast, Ponta do Sol has a stunning infinity pool and hot tub with panoramic views. This was our second time staying at Estalagem. Amazing property, facilities and staff. It feels both comfortable and very safe to stay there with our two small dogs. Already looking forward to our stay next year!

The room was spacious with a balcony overlooking the sea. The hotel is very quiet, there are no breakfast queues or big crowds at the pools like in big hotels. It's the perfect place for relaxing. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The restaurant surprised us with its excellent quality.

Apartments feature a living area with a kitchenette. I spent 5 wonderful days in the hotel with 2 kids. We all liked a lot breakfasts , where we found different meal on our taste! Our appartment was really big with 2 rooms, super clean and nice with evetything needed inside! First few days it was windy, so we used to go to the inside swimming pool with jacuzzi and saunas. My kids loved this time-spending and it was very relaxed for me as well: after all day walking to swim in warm water and to get rest. The area with outside swimming pool looks much better and bigger than on the photos and it has a wonderdull views for the ocean and nature around! Very beautiful beach wit rocks is in 5 minutes walking from the hotel!
