It is very well located in the well-known Augusta Street with only 1min walking to the elevator and 2min walking to the sea, which we really loved a lot. The rooftop is a good place to enjoy breakfast and morning sunshine to start a lovely day. Staff there are all friendly and helpful. We spent 3 nights there and everything is perfect.

Gorgeous room and lovely common area with free tea, coffee and biscuits provided. Staff were lovely and welcoming. We had everything we needed. If we ever return to Lisbon we will come back again!

At first, I thought the bathrooms would be shared, but they were always very clean and tidy, which was a pleasant surprise. When we arrived, I preferred to stay in a wider and brighter room instead of the one originally booked, and the staff were very kind and helpful, doing their best to accommodate my request. The kitchen is open 24/7, and you can freely help yourself to snacks, coffee, water, or tea anytime. I felt so comfortable, just like at home. I highly recommend this stay to everyone! 😍

Location on boulevard was lovely; cleanliness; staff was great; buffet was solid; hotel restaurant was exceptional in quality & presentation, while staff was fantastically attentive and friendly. Loved the Juliet balcony and a second window to create a crossbreeze. Super close to Metro Restaurantadores station.
