It is a lovely hotel, very centrally located near Rossio metro. The staff are so friendly and professional. We loved the treats that they provided us with during our stay. The bedding is superb and the bed is very comfortable. The bathroom is a good size with an excellent shower.The breakfast is of high quality and the hotel is very good value all things considered.

To start off, the hotel has an excellent location; It's right in the heart of Lisbon. The staff members are exceptional, very helpful and attentive. Outstanding cleaning service!! The staff members at the front desk helped us organize the city tour very well! The breakfast was diverse and delicious, with all kinds of local fruits and sweets! This was a nice stay right at the heart of Lisbon with beautiful river views from the breakfast terrace. Close to everything but still very quiet. Minutes walk to Time Out Market and other great restaurants and bars and transport to Belem and Alfama.The room was spacious, very clean, the bed was super comfortable & the shower powerful.. The staff are amazing! Welcoming, helpful and friendly. Breakfast had a wonderful choice and was very relaxed - great way to start your day. I cannot recommend this hotel enough!
