My sister and I had a lovely twin room with balcony, overlooking R. Augusta. The balcony doors, closed, cut out all street noise. Everything was spotless. The staff were all welcoming and helpful. Accessibility is excellent.

We did not have to use the taxi once. Great breakfast and friendly staff. Nice rooms and building, with good cleaners. We asked for a quiet room and we got our rest in the middle of the busy city.

Check-in process was great - the girl on the reception was very kind, informative and helpful. Very clean rooms. The ratio of rooms to shared bathrooms was generous, so there was no issue with them being shared - as they always seemed to be available and clean. The shared dining and kitchen areas were great too. Great location, close to a metro stop, which made the city very accessible for sightseeing!
